Graves Hosting June 7 Jobs Town Hall Meeting in Linden
State Rep. Joseph Graves is hosting a town hall meeting on Thursday, June 7 to discuss jobs and the economy and how to get local residents back to work.
The meeting will take place from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Linden Library, located at 201 N. Main Street in Linden.
Graves will be joined by State Rep. Wayne Schmidt, R-Traverse City, chairman of the House Commerce Committee, who will talk about the Legislature's efforts to improve Michigan's economy.
"Jobs and improving the economy are a top priority of mine and this town hall meeting is a great chance for residents to share their ideas and concerns with me," said Graves, R-Argentine Township. "I am committed to making Michigan a better place to work. This town hall format will be a great opportunity to share with local residents what state government is doing to help our local small businesses grow so that they can hire and get our neighbors back to work. I am honored to have Chairman Schmidt share his knowledge and insight as well. "
