Les Beare, who owns The UPS Store ^® located at 17195 Silver Parkway, was recently recognized among more than 1,600 of his peers at a recent national convention of The UPS Store franchisees in Las Vegas, for being an integral part of the Fenton community as a The UPS Store franchise owner.

The award recognized Beare for his involvement in the community through his local outreach, as well as his collective efforts to support other local businesses in the area. Beare recently raised funds for the Loose Senior Center after a fire damaged their facilities, as well as sponsored the Linden Summer Happening, a local festival supporting small business owners and vendors in the area.

Beare was also recognized for his commitment to spreading the news about his community involvement through local media outreach and events. He has successfully connected with his local media to raise awareness of these local foundations and events.

Beare has owned and operated The UPS Store since 1988. He has consistently ranked in the top 20 percent of The UPS Store locations in his community and received The UPS Store network’s Franchisee of the Year Award in 2005.
