Rescue crews transported two women to the hospital after a three-car crash on North Road near Poplar Street around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Fenton Police officer Dan Forbush said two vehicles were stopped at the traffic light heading northeast on North Road when a truck rear-ended the middle vehicle, which then collided with the vehicle in front of it. The middle vehicle had major damage to the front and back ends.

Forbush said both victims' injuries seemed to be minor and one victim complained of back pain. The other drivers and passengers involved in the crash were not injured.

Police ticketed the driver of truck for failing to stop.
