Crime Report: Stolen Video Games, Missing Wallet and Vehicle
The following arrest information was supplied by the Fenton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Police arrested a 26-year-old Fenton resident on charges of retail fraud on Sept. 28.
Fenton Police Chief Rick Aro said Walmart loss prevention employees accused a man of taking two X-Box 360 video games, valued at $40.
Police arrested the man, who admitted to the theft, and gave him a notice to appear at the 67th District Court.
Missing wallet recovered
On Sept. 30 a 60-year-old Holly resident told Fenton Police she found her wallet missing from her cart while shopping at Walmart, Aro said.
The wallet was later recovered inside a cart in the parking lot of the store by employees, who contacted the woman. She told police $20 was missing from the wallet.
Police have no suspects.
Missing vehicle
Police are investigating a missing vehicle from Lasco Ford in Fenton.
Aro said a sales manager reported that a 2004 Chevrolet Impala SS missing from the reconditioning center on Copper Avenue on Oct. 3.
The sales manager reported no one had permission to take the vehicle and one set of keys to the car were missing.
Police have no suspects.
