Believe it or not, it's almost time to go back to school.
Fenton Patch has answers to questions like "when does school start for Fenton?" and all the important dates you need to know to complete the 'things to do before school starts' list.
Registration/Picture Day/Schedule Pick-up
- Aug 23, 2012 6th Grade from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Aug 27, 2012 7th Grade from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- Aug 27, 2012 8th Grade from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Sept. 4 - School starts
Sept. 7 - Schools of Choice deadline. Applications to enroll for the first semester, 2012 will be accepted through September 7.
Sept. 11 - Andrew G. Schmidt Middle School Open House, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Sept. 28 - Homecoming football game against Lapeer East.
Nov. 2 - End of first marking period

Nope. The football players aren't professional yet! Good "catch." The correct date is Sept. 28, according to Fenton schools calendars.
