A Fenton man reported that on Sept. 28, two transactions occurred on his debit card in the amount of $250.92 at a Walmart in Arkansas, according to a police report from the Livingston County Sheriff's Department.

The bank contacted the cardholder, according to the report, and indicated that the suspect had attempted to use the debit card three more times, but was unsuccessful.

Police say the Fenton man still had the card in his possession at the time of the fraudulent transactions and has since been destroyed.
