A 25-year old-millage renewal past for Fenton Area Public Schools in the primary election Tuesday.
With 10 of 10 precincts reporting, a total of 1,082 people (53.33 percent) voted yes, while 947 voted no (46.67 percent).
The 0.9 mills could generate $690,000 for Fenton’s sinking fund.
Fenton's $9.6 million bond proposal failed in May.
