Rescue crews transported a man to the hospital after a motorcycle crash on US 23 south near Silver Lake Road in Fenton Sunday.

Fenton Fire Lt. Jeff Shook said a man was driving his Harley Davidson south on US 23 around 3 p.m. when he lost control and went off the road. Shook said the man injured his shoulder and emergency crews transported him to Hurley Hospital.

Shook said the man likely came over the hill and tried to slow down for traffic backed up from the crash earlier on US 23.

The man was wearing a helmet, shook said.
