Olympics 2012: NBC Olympics TV Schedule for Wednesday
Grand Blanc's Geena Gall ran in a 800 meter qualifier in London today.
Another day, another 16 medal events at London's 2012 Summer Olympics.
Grand Blanc's Geena Gall ran in the 800 meter run qualifier this morning that will air on NBC this afternoon. Her parents, Jerry and June, were among a group of friends, family members and other supporters who showed up to a watch party for qualifying race Wednesday morning at the McDonald’s on Saginaw Street across from Grand Blanc High School, according to the Flint Journal.
“When you’re counting down the tenths of the seconds to see if your daughter qualifies for the semifinals of the Olympics, that can be pretty agonizing. Did it happen? Did it not happen? That was unreal," Jerry stated in the article.
The lineup includes equestrian events, volleyball, track and field, cycling, water polo, and diving. There's also additional coverage running on MSNBC, NBCSN, Bravo, CNBC, Telemundo, and NBC's Olympics website (for those who subscribe to eligible cable providers).
