Presidential Debate Schedule 2012: What Time is the Presidential Debate?

Here are details on Tuesday's Presidential Debate between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney.

 

What time is the presidential debate?

The second presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney is scheduled for 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16. Check below for more information on that debate and the remaining presidential debates leading up to Election Day.

AOL will provide a live stream of the debate.

TV Channels Broadcasting Live: ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and more, including CNN Espanol.

Live Streaming Online: YouTube's Election HubAOL.

There will be a Team Romney Debate Watch Party beginning at 8:30 p.m. at the Livingston Victory Center, 2554 E. Grand River Ave. in Howell.

There will be a Barack Obama Watch Party at 8 p.m. at the Northville Sports Den, 133 West Main in Northville.

Topic: Town meeting format including foreign and domestic policy
Air Time: 9-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York (Tickets)
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney
Moderator: Candy Crowley (CNN Chief Political Correspondent)

According to the CPD, "The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization."

Location: Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida (Tickets)
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney
Moderator: Bob Schieffer (Host of Face the Nation on CBS)

According to the CPD, "The format for the debate will be identical to the first presidential debate and will focus on foreign policy."

Can't wait to see how will be Candy Crowley. And hope that Mitt does well, we need him to fix this mess.

Mitt Romney will do well & will stand up for "all" Americans & the United States ....I have high expectations for Romney in tonights debate.....so much is at stake in these difficult & disturbing times.
