That building has been sold, the closing took place several weeks ago and is occupied by the new owner.

I saw vertical blinds in the windows last week--too late to make a wish for that location. Next location, please Jason.

Once you choose a vacant building, a quick call to the listing Realtor or the leasing company will answer your questions.

How about another Pizza parlour or a bank we don't have enough of those in Fenton.

I bet there will be many suggestions for the former Christian Bookstore on Ellen St (I have a couple of ideas banging around in my head for that location) I know it's not vacant per se, but the building in downtown next door to the Christian Science Reading Room (the former Caravan Shop), The owner of the Hallmark shop still owns that spot, but it really it would be a great location for many ideas involving a retail/restaurant operation. I realize building owners can do whatever is within the zoning ordinances with their properties but this could be a prime location in revitalizing downtown.

C.C. I agree. It would be nice to see a store opened there. What about a specialty boutique?
