The city should buy it and create a garden with picnic and sitting areas. We don't need more chain restaraunts or buildings.

How about a water pad with fountains for children and parents to play, get wet, and cool off nothing but Fun! This will work well with that beautiful garden and picnic areas!

Nora, at just 3/4 of an acre, there wouldn't be enough space for splash pad and fountains and parking. Really nce thought, but not doable in that small space. The Parks Board has looked into splash pad, really expensive and there aren't funds available, sadly. But, again, great idea!
