Fady Elias doesn’t want the Gatsby Grind to be just another coffee shop. He wants it to be Fenton’s living room. After running a couple of Internet cafes in Lebanon, he moved to Fenton in 2007 to be with his wife. Elias said he had trouble finding a quiet place to hang out in town. Shawn Stevens has been intrigued by nutrition and fitness for as long as she can remember, but at age 17 she was married, pregnant, out of school and in no position to follow her dreams of working in the health field.
