The City Council meets three times a month at 7 p.m. Monday.
The first Monday of the every month shall be a work session meeting (with the exception of holidays).
Official voting can not take place at a work session. The second and fourth Mondays of the each month shall be regular council meetings. All official business of the council shall take place at these meetings.
