DESCRIPTION:Classes  are designed for children 6 to 14 years old. Our goa
 l is to teach  proper gymnastics technique\, coordination\, confidence a
 nd strength.  Gymnasts will work on all pieces of apparatus\, bars\, bea
 m\, vault and  floor.  With successfully completing the series of skills
  required in  Advanced Beginner class\, gymnast will continue to improve
  and build  confidence on all pieces of apparatus. A new set of skills w
 ill be  added\, including front limbers\, back kick over\, handstand rol
 l and  round off. Various skills must be accomplished prior to advancing
   to the next class level. Participants should come dressed for activity
 . Elastic-waist shorts and T-shirts are acceptable. Long hair must be pu
