Shoppers on Silver Parkway in Fenton can get a Silver Lining Rewards card when they make a purchase of at least $25 at any participating merchant. After receiving the card, they can enjoy special promotions at participating stores, such as Blockbuster Video, Auto Lab of Fenton and Fantastic Sams.

4. Events
Fenton Fitness Center is hosting tonight at 5:45, at 3235 W. Thompson Rd. in Fenton. Participants can burn up to 600 calories with the workout, which combines cardio, strength training and stretching. There are 14 classes every week, and exercisers can purchase unlimited classes for $39 per month.
5. Looking Ahead
Fenton Winery & Brewery will hold a beer and wine tasting from 5-7 p.m. on Sept. 15, at 1545 Leroy St., Fenton. Tickets are $20 per person and the price includes sampling of micro-brewed beers and hand crafted wines, tapas and a raffle. Ticket sales and 10 percent of all purchases made at the event will help support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
