Several dogs and cats are currently available for adoption or rescue through Genesee County Animal Control.
This week, the department is highlighting a 1- to 2-year-old yellow lab mix (pictured above) who is described as having a typical lab personality and "very friendly and fun."
The department also wants to let people know about "Mo," a 10-week-old kitten (also pictured above) who is "extremely friendly" and loves to play.
