Tyrone Township resident Debora Hense is battling the Enbridge company over damage to her property from a pipeline Enbridge is installing through her backyard, the Tri-County Times reports. Hense said she hasn't granted the company permission to tear down any trees or use her property, while an Enbridge spokesman said the company made offers to Hense that she refused, and the project serves the public interest.
