1. Fourth of July Weather
The National Weather Service forecast for Independence Day is a high of 95, with a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms. Tonight's forecast is partly cloudy with a low of 71.

2. Filling the Tank
Mapquest lists the least expensive gas in Fenton on Tuesday night, $3.49 per gallon, at Fenton Marathon, 402 W. Silver Lake Rd., and Clark #0824, 436 N. Leroy St.

3. News for You
Today's Fenton Patch has a story about Roger Sharp, founder and executive director of Sharp Funeral Homes -- and this year's Fenton Freedom Festival Grand Marshal.

4. Events
The schedule of events for today begins with the American Legion #38's pancake breakfast, from 7-10 a.m. at the Fenton Community Center. It ends with the fireworks at 10 p.m., which will be visible from along Silver Parkway.
