Group Putting up Billboard Highlighting Dominick's Law

Dominick's Warriors want to make sure people know about the law in memory of Dominick Calhoun that strengthens child abuse penalties.

There is a new law in Michigan and one local group wants you and thousands of others to know about it.

Dominick's Warriors, a child abuse awareness and prevention group formed in honor of 4-year-old who was , will be putting up a billboard to spread the word about , a new law that strengthened penalties against child abusers.

The billboard will go up July 30 on I-75, about a half mile south of Pierson Road.

Organizers invite those who donated for a meeting on Aug. 2 at the Triumphant Temple Of Praisemore, 3500 West Pasadena Avenue in Flint Township to view the billboard.

Dominick's Warriors are looking to add another billboard and are collecting donations.

Thank you Governor Snyder for signing this into law. No child she have to endure this type of torture...
