Pumpkin Raffle to Kick Off Fenton's 3rd Thursdays

A new Downtown Fenton adventure is about to begin.

The monthly Fenton 3rd Thursdays event series begins this week with in-store features throughout the city and an exciting fundraiser to support the Fenton Winegarden Library.

“Fenton is going to be simply full of fun on the third Thursday of each month,” said Fenton DDA chairman Craig Schmidt. “We have so much entertainment, so many great shopping and dining options, and they’re all going to be doing something special at the same time.”

 The inaugural 3rd Thursday will take place on October 20 and will include 3rd Thursday Features in 18 Fenton businesses. The Fenton Library will be the 3rd Thursday Featured Non-Profit, raising funds through a painted pumpkin raffle throughout Downtown Fenton and a Library drink special at . Proceeds will benefit the Library Building Fund.

The fun will take place during the evening of Oct 20 in Downtown Fenton with activities going until at least 8 pm. Participating merchants and specials include:

 •    - Instrument Buy Back Day - Get the best possible price for your lightly used, high quality instruments of all types

•    - 15% off storewide with wine and cheese appetizers!

•    - Kids' Coloring Contest: Pick up a coloring sheet any day after Oct 1 and drop your art off by 7pm on 3rd Thursday! Crayons available on the 20th for coloring in the cafe. Two winners will receive a Biggby Kids' Cup and a $10 gift card!

•    - Thirsty Thursday: $1 off draft beers, as well as cocktails and wines featured on the Daily Menu. Also, enjoy Live Music with Katelyn Georgianna
