On the Road With Donna - Brrrr March is back!

I will be returning hoe to cover up the flowers and hope for the best through the freeze tonight.

Okay. The heat is on this morning. The sun is shinning this afternoon, but the wind is cold and a freeze warning is on for tonight.

I found my winter coat as I traveled to Loose to do massages this morning and to Burton for my auto cases. Later today I will be back at Total Wellness in Linden for more massages. Please drop in for our open house on April 21st from 12 to 3 pm to see our beautiful new location that Dr. Chris Acox and his friends and family renovated from a former drug store into the most welcoming facility you can walk into.

Yes, we are right across the street from Linden Hardware. The open house is for everyone to come on over, eat, enter the drawings, checkout our facilities and of course get a chair massage from me! Tara will be giving tours and welcoming you inside. She keeps the place running and is always there to help you with questions. I am so thankful for her reminders of appointments that sometimes I think she deserves a medal. Anyway, after today's appointments are finished I will be returning hoe to cover up the flowers and hope for the best through the freeze tonight. Then its off to the store. I did stop at Harris brothers on Van Slyke Road this weekend between Maple and Bristol and it was awesome! Huge, clean and the auction stuff is pretty darn cool in itself too. Then we ventured to Rankin to Memories Antiques and onto the Treasure Shack on Thompson Road where it was grand central with people. They are packed with all kinds of stuff. Afterwards we went into Linden to Haviland Beach located in the former flower shop and looked at a lot of unique items. Argentine has a boutiqish consignment shop in the strip mall on the corner of Silver lake and Seymour, which is jam packed with stuff to look through too. After this we did a drive into Fenton and went to to spend a couple hours wondering and visiting with everyone before returning home with treasures from every store. Then it was onto the farm to get eggs and visit some great friends. Like us they have an open door policy to drop on in when in the area and even if we do not see them for months we are always greeted as they are when they pop in here- with a big smile and hug.
