A Look Around Fenton After the Snow Storm

Watch a video to see what Fenton looked like after several inches of snow fell.

Between five and six inches of snow struck Fenton on Friday morning, cancelling school and activities and covering everything in its path.

Fenton road crews started clearing snow ar 2 a.m. and continued most of the day.

Fenton Department of Public Works Director Daniel Czarnecki said most of the major roads were clear by 7 a.m. and crews began plowing local streets at the same time as giving major streets a second run. The crews returned on Saturday morning to touch up streets.

No major vehicle accidents were reported by police.

The weather is expected to warm up a bit going into next week. The National Weather Service is forecasting sunny skies with a high of 26 Saturday and a chance of rain with a high of 36 Sunday.
