Find a Furry Friend at Adoption Event

Adopt-A-Pet Fenton and VG's partner to find loving families for homeless animals.

Ready to bring some cuteness home with you?

in Fenton is preparing for its first adoption showing of the season. 

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at , 1390 N. Leroy St. Cats, dogs, kittens and puppies will be available for adoption.

"We have quite a cooperation with VG's," says Lara Pittman, cat volunteer coordinator for Adopt-A-Pet.

Adopt-A-Pet will also be selling baked goods to raise money for the shelter. If you love to bake and want to help the animals at the same time, contact the facility and let it know what you would like to prepare. Keep in mind that all items need to be individually wrapped.

Adopt-A-Pet will be collecting VG's receipts as well, so gather them from family and friends and bring them with you. All the money raised from this event goes directly to Adopt-A-Pet.
