The Michigan Supreme Court denied the appeal of former Tyrone Township Corrine Baker, who was sentenced to 55 months to seven years in prison for violating probation in August 2010 when she moved to Genesee County to live with a convicted felon and living in a home where there was a large amount of marijuana and pills, according to the Livingston Daily Press & Argus

Baker is currently serving 13 to 30 years for the .

, a run/walk event April 21 at Kensington Metropark in Milford. All proceeds will benefit the youth that Childhelp Michigan serves. Patch has signed on to honor the memory of Dominick and join the fight to prevent, recognize and treat child abuse.

The Childhelp Run the Course for Dominick Calhoun will begin at 7:30 a.m. April 21 and will go until 1:30 p.m. Throughout the day, participants can run in the 5K race or walk in the 1 Mile Fun Walk.
