Hartland Woman Dies After Being Run Over by Own Car

A memorial service will be held for Megan Levoska, who was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Fenton, on Saturday.

A memorial service will be held Saturday for a Hartland woman who died a week ago during a "freak" accident with her own car.

Megan Levoska, 36, was camping with her husband and friends when she was run over by her own car on July 15, according to a report from the Arenac County Independent.

“She got in it to leave, put it in reverse, fell out, and it proceeded to go over her,” Arenac County Sheriff James Mosciski told the paper.

Levoska is survived by her husband and her three daughters. The family is listed as members of in Fenton.

The service will take place at 11 a.m. at , according to the obituary page on the Temrowski Family Funeral Home page.

Family and friends have been leaving their messages on the funeral home page in memory of Levoska.

“Our deepest condolences for the loss of Megan,” David and Kelly Barden wrote on the page. “Our thoughts and prayers are with her husband and children during this incredibly difficult time.”

“Megan always had a smile on her face and she just could light up a room,” Jamie Admams wrote. “Your a wonderful mother and I know that you will always be watching over them and everyone else) you will always be in our hearts. We will miss you.”

Memorial visitation is today from 4-8 p.m. at Temrowski Family Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to her children C/O Don Levoska.
