Linden VFW Hosting Memorial Day Parade

The parade will begin at 10 a.m. and will be followed by VFW Ritual Memorial Service and a hot dog social.

The Linden VFW Post 4642 will host its 66th annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 27.

The parade will begin at 10 a.m. at the VFW Hall, 105 Mill Street, and proceed to the bridge over the Shiawassee River, where a Memorial Service will be held for those who died at sea. The parade will continue east on Broad Street to the Fairview Cemetery for the VFW Ritual Memorial Service for all fallen veterans.

Following the service, the public is welcome to return to the parking lot across the street from the VFW Hall for hot dogs.
