Man Survives Electric Shock, Falling off Roof in Rochester Hills, Explosive Materials Seized from Fenton Township Home

3. Four children were found in a trash-filled home in Hartland Township and a couple was arrested for child neglect, according to the Livingston Daily Press & Argus. When deputies opened a dryer it had a “strong odor” of urine, the article stated.
