1.The Fenton City Council will hold a work session at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the City Hall Conference Room, 301 South LeRoy Street.

On the agenda is discussion on retiree health care, talks on the acquisition of three properties in the Genesee County Tax Reversion process and discussion on a zoning ordinance, regarding the regulation of retail sales of adult novelties.

2. offices remain closed Tuesday and will open Wednesday at 8 a.m.

3. Have a lot of BBQ trash? Trash services in the city of Fenton and Fenton Township are both delayed one day.

4. Need to fill up from your long trip? Looks like $3.74 is the best you are going to do at BP, Speedway and Sunoco on Owen Road, and the Fenton Marathon station on Silver Lake Road, according to Mapquest gas prices.

5. The weather will remain beautiful with sunny skies and a high of 89 degrees Tuesday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms could sneak in after 2 a.m.
