Community Update

I am more than disappointed. I am completely disgusted at the service I recieved today. I came in and ordered a grilled cheese and fries, my usual. I waited much longer than normal and ended up leaving with the wrong meal. I didn't even realize I had the wrong meal till after I returned to work. When I came back...after my lunch break expired, I walked in and they yell, "she's back!" They girl said she was sorry and took my meal. Then I hear the cook say, "let me 'REHEAT' her meal."....I'm sorry, did I just hear him say to reheat my meal. That is not right. I then asked for a new sandwich and fries to be made and they gave me attitude about it, rolling their eyes at me. So now the waiting begans again. More than 10 minutes has passed. I was not offered a refund, let alone a drink. NO manager came to talk to me ensuring I was being taken care of...nothing. Now don't get me wrong, I fully understand things happen, but offering to reheat my meal when it was your mistake and not trying to compensate for it is HORRIBLE customer service. When I did get my meal, I had half the order of fries I got previously and they were burnt...I mean, burnt. All they did was throw my old grilled cheese back on the grill and my fries in the deep fryer. When I asked about the amount of fries, their response was, "well we are cutting down on our portion sizes." You just gave me more than twice what I have now. They did make more fries, but when I got them they were not even cooked all the way. I have pictures...you would laugh. I don't even know what to say other than, they will NEVER get my business again. Too bad, because I work right down the road and I 'use to' go there a lot...not anymore.
