Fenton Rotary Helping in The Phillipines with ShelterBoxes!

The Rotary Club of Fenton has donated 3 lifesaving Shelter Boxes to victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. These Shelter Boxes, which cost $1000 each, provide families with the most needed supplies, such as a durable tent, water purification unit, cook stove, cooking and eating utensils, blankets, mosquito nets, tool kit and children’s school packs. When You contribute to the Fenton Rotary fundraising programs you are contributing to programs that help families that have lost everything in a disaster.

While most of our funds raised go to improvement of the quality of life in our communities of Fenton, Lake Fenton, and Linden, some of the dollars raised go to those in dire need as the result of natural disasters. This includes those in the United States as well as outside the country where most needed.

Your Fenton Rotary Club lives the Rotary motto, “Service above self”.
