New Habits

Last year I  read a book on Habits. How we form them, why we keep them, how to change them. This is a large part of what I help people with.

I was totally absorbed by the information, as far as the individual was concerned. The habits of organizations were less interesting but a biologist (which I am) sees the relationship between an organization and an organism.

Now is the traditional time of the year to assess ourselves. If we make no changes, our lives will probably go on as is. If we are happy, wonderfull. If we want a change, one thing you might want to look into is hypnosis. It is especially powerful at helping you change habits, improve your self image and gain great enthusiasm for life.
