Crime Report: Marijuana Seized, $4,000 in Jewelry Missing

The following arrest information was supplied by the Fenton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police cited three minors for underage drinking around 1:45 a.m. Dec. 7 on the 3000 block of Trealout Drive.

Chief Rick Aro said officers responded to a call about a loud party and made contact with the resident. The officer noticed open bottles of beer in the apartment and then identified the two Fenton residents and a Holly resident were all younger than 21, the legal age to consume alcohol. They were giving preliminary breath tests and all tested above the legal limit of .08.

Aro said the teenagers, ages 18 and 19, were all issued citations for underage drinking and were given notices to appear in court. Officers dumped out the remained alcohol.
