A man told police on Aug. 26 he ordered ATV parts from Polaris and they never arrived, Aro said.

Aro said the police department contacted Fenton Post Office workers, who said the package had been placed at the door on the 2000 block of Kellogg Drive on Aug. 22. The man said he was out of town and that someone must have taken the items between Aug. 22 and Aug. 26, according to Aro.

A 22-year-old Fenton woman called Fenton Police Aug. 29 to place a complaint about a stolen vehicle title.

Aro said she told police her ex-boyfriend had visited her home on the 1000 block of East Street to work on her car while she left the residence. She told police he did not have permission to enter the home, but reported when she returned the vehicle title was missing.

Aro said officers contacted the ex-boyfriend and he admitted to taking the title. Police asked him to come in for an interview, which he failed to show up for, Aro said. However, the ex-boyfriend’s mother came into the police department the next day and turned in the title, Aro said.
