Fenton Man Charged With Videotaping Stepdaughter in Shower Enters Plea

Gary Wayne Anthony faces 14 counts, WHMI-FM (93.5) reports.

A Fenton man has entered a plea on charges that he videotaped his stepdaughter in the shower and in the bathroom.

Livingston County’s WHMI-FM (93.5) reported Tuesday that Gary Wayne Anthony pleaded guilty to seven counts of using a computer to commit a crime and seven counts of capturing or distributing images of unclothed, underage persons.

The radio station also reports the court has agreed to a minimum of a 16-month sentence for each count. With the 14 counts, that would amount to nearly 19 years.
