Fenton Residents Arrested in Connection with Ohio Woman's Death

Two Fenton residents and three other individuals have been arrested on charges in connection with the death of an Ohio woman who police say was stabbed, suffocated and dismembered in a bathtub before some of her remains were moved to Kentucky.

The Associated Press is reporting officers found 21-year-old Jessica Rae Sacco  dead Friday in her apartment in Urbana, Ohio about 40 miles northwest of Columbus. A Detroit News article stated charges against two people from Fenton saythey failed to intervene during the killing or helped to hide it.

Police say Matthew Puccio stabbed and suffocated the 21-year-old last Thursday inside of her apartment in Urbana, according to WKRC TV Local 12 News in Cincinnati. The article stated investigators say Fenton residents Kandis Forney and Andrew Peter Forney helped to cover up the crime.

The Columbus Dispatch is reporting Andrew Peter Forney, 26, of Fenton, helped moved Sacco’s body to a bathtub, where they dismembered her. The article stated Forney is charged with abuse of a corpse, two counts of obstructing justice, tampering with evidence and complicity to tampering with evidence. His bond is $42,500. Kandis Forney, also of Fenton, is charged with complicity to tampering with evidence and two counts of obstructing justice. She is held on a $30,000 bond. (Click here to read the full article.)

"The other members had a part in coming up with a game plan, that they would try and dismember the victim and try to hide her that way," said Urbana Police Chief Matt Lingrell in a WLWT News TV 5 in Cincinnati article.

Puccio and Forneys are scheduled to appear in court Monday in Hamilton to determine whether and when to take them to Urbana, Whiotv.com reported.
