Fenton Residents Waive Extradition in Connection with Gruesome Ohio Murder

Fenton residents Kandis and Andrew Forney will be moved to Urbana, OH, where police say Jessica Rae Sacco was dismembered in a bathtub.

Two Fenton residents have waived extradition , who police say was stabbed, suffocated and dismembered in her bathtub before some of her remains were dumped in Ohio and Kentucky.

Kandis and Andrew Forney, of Fenton along with Sacco's ex-boyfriend Matthew Puccio, of Urbana, OH who is accused of killing the 21-year-old, waived extradition in court Monday morning and will be transported to Urbana where the crime occurred, according to Dayton Daily News.

The article stated Christopher Wright, 37, and Sharon Cook, 25, both of Urbana, were arraigned in Champaign County in Ohio on charges involving corpse abuse and evidence tampering.

Police say Kandis and Andrew Forney were in the apartment at the time of the murder and did nothing to stop it, reported WKRC TV Cincinnati.

WHIO-TV.com reported Puccio's friend said he acted in self-defense and that Sacco had planned to kill him.

“I think that they should allow him to go,” she told WHIO-TV.com. “I mean, that boy, he would not hurt a fly. The only reason he did it was in self defense.”
