 Slashed tires

Police were dispatched to the 800 block of North Leroy Street because of a destruction of property complaint on March 19, Aro said.

He told police he had made a complaint about a loud party at an adjacent apartment the previous evening, Aro said.

Aro said an officer contacted the resident, who admitted to having a party, which included several people she was not familiar with, and got out of control, therefore she felt responsible for the incident and agreed to compensate the man for the replacement of the tires that Aro valued at $175.
