Sheriff: Murder Suspect, Victim Met Fenton Residents Online

Andrew and Kandis Forney were arraigned Tuesday on charges in connection with gruesome murder.

Urbana Police Chief Matt Lingrell said Matthew Puccio, 25, of Urbana, OH, who is accused of killing 21-year-old ex-girlfriend Jessica Sacco, met two Fenton residents, online.

“They’re just loose friends,” Lingrell told the Columbus Dispatch.

The Flint Journal reported the couple lived in Fenton on Parallel Street in a home near . Neighbors had heard about the case, but do not remember seeing the couple at the home, the article stated.

Neither of the Forneys has a local court record.

Lingrell said the Fenton husband and wife had been in Urbana for a few weeks.

The Springfield News-Sun reported Puccio and the Forneys shared an interest in a style of music called “horrorcore,” which is known for its violent imagery. The article stated a friend said she, along with Puccio and the Forneys, are part of the Juggalos, people known to like the band Insane Clown Posse and similar groups and also identified by the FBI as a growing gang.

The Forneys, Puccio and two other individuals have been arraigned on charges in connection with the death of Sacco, who police say was stabbed, suffocated and dismembered in a bathtub before some of her remains were moved to Kentucky.

The Forneys, who police say stood by during the killing and did nothing, were arraigned Tuesday, according to the WLWT TV 5 in Ohio.

Andrew Forney is charged with abuse of a corpse, two counts of obstructing justice, tampering with evidence and complicity to tampering with evidence. Kandis Forney is charged with complicity to tampering with evidence and two counts of obstructing justice. Each was given a $50,000 bond.
