1. Weather

The National Weather Service's forecast for today is sunny with a high of 64 degrees. Tonight's forecast is for a chance of showers (40 percent) with a low of 48.

2. Filling the Tank

The lowest gas prices in Fenton Tuesday night were $3.97 per gallon, according to Mapquest Gas Prices. Stations offering this price were Speedway #8405 (discount available), 3245 Owen Rd., and Speedway #5509 (discount available), 3340 Owen Rd.

3. News

Families can learn how to prepare for an emergency or natural disaster on Saturday, with the Prepare Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Target on Miller Road in Flint, the Flint Journal reports. The event is being hosted by the Michigan State Police, Target and local first responders.

4. Events

Try something new with a Playground Workout at 6 p.m. at Bush Park, 250 N. Leroy St. in Fenton. The free class is offered by Shaped By Shawn, an ACE certified trainer. Participants should bring an exercise mat and a set of weights (3-8 pounds are recommended).

5. Looking Ahead

Children with special needs can "Experience the Horse" at Pretty Pony Pastures, 9160 Eagle Rd. in Davisburg, from 2-4:30 p.m. Saturday. Children can groom a horse, learn how horses hear and listen to a horse's heart. For $10, they can have an evaluation ride to determine if therapeutic riding is a viable activity for them.
