DDA Makes Small Changes for Michigan Brewing Company License

The Michigan Brewing Company is one step closer to serving customers a cold one.

Michigan's Liquor Control Commission requested that the y specify a small wine-making and distillery operation are allowed in the building in addition to the brewery, the Fenton Press reported Tuesday.

The location will have stainless steel equipment and copper tanks for its small-scale brewing operation. In addition, they plan to restrict brewing to four days per week Wednesdays through Saturdays, with none on Sundays.
