Fenton Council Meeting Moved to Wednesday

The lack of a quorum prompts the change.

The Fenton City Council meeting has been moved from its regular Monday date to Wednesday due to a lack of a quorum, or the minimum number of council members required to hold a meeting.

It will begin at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in City Hall Council Chambers. Topics on the meeting agenda include possible approval of Traffic Control Order Nos. 11-02, 11-03 and 11-04, which would provide for three on South LeRoy Street, near Mill Street and Ellen Street.

In addition, the council could accept a bid from M33 Access for the completion of a surge suppression upgrade of the radio tower at the Fenton Police Department, for a cost not to exceed $7,294.95.
