Why did you want to run for office?

To continue to give back to the community and provide the leadership and growth direction, mandated by the residents.

What personal and professional experiences make you qualified to hold that position?

My BA in Management from Spring Arbor University and multiple classes above this level in Management and Labor issues, along with 12 years experience on the Lake Fenton Board of Education and 12 years plus on the township board establishes my experience.  Also, being locally, county and state certified in Election Law, Statutes Practices and Procedures.

What is the most important issue and what do you intend to do about it during your term in office?

With falling revenues, we must continue to maintain a balanced budget.  This must take place while providing a safe community and the services desired to maintain our chosen way of life.

What is your vision for the area, where do you see the area in 10 or even 20 years, and what does the area need to do now to realize that vision?

My vision for the area in 10 or 20 years is much like life today, great school district and a safe community. This will be enhanced with commercial growth on Thompson Road, bringing the desired services wanted by the residents.  In order to accomplish this the installation of water only to Thompson Road is the key factor to help maintain a control on growth.
