Residents Share Thoughts on Paul Scott

Supreme court rules recall will be on Nov. 8 ballot.

The recall election for state Rep. Paul Scott, R-Grand Blanc, is back on the Nov. 8 ballot.

The Flint Journal reported Thursday that the state Supreme Court voted unanimously and decided to put the issue to voters. Last week an Ingham County Judge ordered the recall effort off of the ballot.

The Detroit Free Press reported Scott’s attorneys challenged the validity of recall petition signatures that had been collected.
