The median sales price for homes in Metro Detroit have increased by 40% over 2012 according to statistics made available this past week by Realcomp MLS. The median price in 2012 was $80,750 and in 2013 was $120,800. Along with this, the average days a home spent on the market decreased by nearly a month in 2013.
