To the nice people of Fenton. My name is Scott Adams. I am the new CEO of the Fenton Bean Company. I am seeking your memories (good or bad) about your feelings of this historic building. First, let me give you my plans of reopening the building as a Western Themed Restaurant in the main level of the building.(photos attached). We want to serve Thick char-Broiled Steaks, Chops and Seafood at an affordable rate. We also want to reopen the downstairs bar(formerly the Raspberry Bar) into a 50s themed Diner with Root Beer Floats, Real Malts, Burgers, Fries and the such. The rear of the building is about 90% complete with 9 different retail shops for any local business owner( new or current owners to rent space inside the mall). Our 3rd phase will be reopening our Victorian Tea Service(with traditional attire) which will include upscale sandwich's, salads and desserts. Our final phase will be full service catering, in- house and on location for weddings, rehearsals ,birthday parties, or for any occasion.
