Gluten-Free/Casein-Free Cooking Class

Details: Do you or a loved one need to consume a diet free of gluten and casein (dairy), yet need some help?

A three-week gluten-free and dairy-free cooking class taught by Marjie's Pantry takes place from 6-8 p.m. Tuesdays Oct. 15-Nov. 8 at St. Jude's Episcopal Church, 106 E. Elizabeth St.

This cooking class will demonstrate how to make these types of recipes. Learn how to make GF/CF cookies, homemade nut milks, a flourless bread, and quinoa salad.

We will discuss GF/CF replacement ingredients, places to shop, and hidden ingredients to avoid. This is an interactive class and we will enjoy our creations so come hungry.

Marjie is a registered Defeat Autism Now! practitioner who specializes in gluten and casein free diets. Diet is the cornerstone to healing!

Cost is $45 resident or $59 non-resident (a $15 supply fee is paid to instructor at first class).
