Explore the benefits of a deep stretch to strengthen the muscles, a deep breath to strengthen the heart and concentration to strengthen the mind. Anybody can do it, young or old, big or small, male or female. Discover the health benefits it holds for you. Classes are at 9:30 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays and 9 a.m. Saturdays.
