Last Chance to Register for Fenton 5K Run/Walk and Tiger Trot

The Fenton High School Athletic Department will host its 2nd Annual 5K Run/Walk and Tiger Trot on May 19 at .

The 5K Run/Walk begins at 8:30 am. The race will begin and end at the Fenton High School track. The run will take place within the limits of the City of Fenton and is basically a flat course. More information and a registration form can be found on the athletic page of the website www.fenton.k12.mi.us.

Entries may be mailed to FHS Athletic Department, 3200 W. Shiawassee Avenue, Fenton, MI 48430. Online registrations are accepted at .

New this year is the 1st annual Tiger Trot which will begin at 10:00 a.m. This fun race is open to children ages 3 to 10 years of age. Students may run 1 to 4 laps on the Fenton High School track. A ticket for one trip to the bounce house and a snow cone or bag of popcorn will be awarded to all students who complete the lap(s).

The 5K registration fee before May 11, 2012 is $20.00 (t-shirt included) for adults; $17.00 (t-shirt included) for all students 18 and under. After May 11, a late registration fee of $25.00 will be imposed. The registration fee for all students participating in the Tiger Trot will be $5.00 (without a t-shirt) and $10 with a t-shirt. After May 11, the late registration fee will be $8.00 (without a tshirt).
