The school year is winding down. Graduation is around the corner. Fenton Patch would like to give recognition to Lake Fenton and Fenton seniors for all their hard work. That’s why we will be featuring the top 10 students from each school for the next several weeks.

Today we meet Evan Korchnak, son of Claudia and Greg Korcknak. He is fifth in Lake Fenton's 2011 class with a 3.807 grade-point average. These are his answers.

Accomplishment you’re most proud of: I have received a full scholarship at the University of Oklahoma and have accepted a position in a very competitive premedical program there.
What you’re most looking forward to this summer: Being able to relax and have fun with all of my friends before my big move.
Favorite high school memory: Leading the marching band as drum major.
Celebrity you’d most like to meet: Comedian Demetri Martin.
